Things are looking better for people wanting to be able to leave and enter Marbella with today’s Covid statistics. Lets just hope that rate continues to drop !
The accumulated incidence of the coronavirus in Marbella has dropped this Monday below 500 cases per 100,000 inhabitants, something that has occurred for the first time since January 15. This data puts the municipality on the path of ending the perimeter closure and relaxing restrictions a little more.
The best is that the cumulative incidence this Monday stands at 498.5 cases per 100,000 inhabitants in the last 14 days.
If this trend continues, when the Junta reviews the data next Thursday, Marbella will be able to put an end to the perimeter closure that right now prevents entering or leaving the municipality without just cause.
It could also mean a relaxation in restrictions, including, for example, extending the opening hours of some establishments.
